Our warehouse is closed over weekends and Turkish public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

International Delivery

International Express Shipping, 2-10 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders over $1500.
Purchases under $1500 will be applied for a flat international shipping rate of $35.

Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order by customs, you are responsible for the return shipping charges and/or any other additional charges incurred, in order to receive a refund. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in delivery of your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your orders will reach you within 1-7 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo.

• The return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• You can return or exchange your items within 14 days by sending them through Yurtiçi Kargo using the code 1159128689. You can create your return request from the "My Orders" section on our website.
• The item to be returned must be in its original packaging/box, with the product tag attached and hygiene seals intact. The item should be returned in the condition it was received.
• Once the product is returned to us, it will be inspected by our team.
• If, during the inspection, the issue or damage is not found to be user-induced, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days.
• No cash refunds are provided.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent with the invoice. Products that have lost their resale value or are in a condition that makes them unsellable to another customer will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
